HPS cements national partnership with St Vincent’s Health Australia
Industry-leading specialist approved pharmacy services provider, HPS has today announced it signed a five-year contract with St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Darlinghurst, Sydney effective 20 July 2020.
The new contract means HPS and the HPS Approved Pharmacies will now provide specialised in-house pharmacy services for St Vincent’s Health Australia’s network of ten private hospitals across the country.
HPS and the HPS Approved Pharmacies first partnered with St Vincent’s in 2016 when they commenced supplying services across the group’s eastern states private hospitals.
“Strong relationships are key to success in any business. Over the past four years, we’ve been able to develop a close partnership with St Vincent’s based on our shared commitment to delivering world-class patient outcomes,” said EBOS Group’s General Manager of Institutional Healthcare, Mr David Lau.
“Accordingly, we’re pleased to extend this relationship to become a national partner, with the signing of the new contract at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney, and we look forward to building on our strong relationship.”
As part of the contract, HPS will build a specialised in-house pharmacy at the Sydney hospital, which is due for completion late 2020 and will replace the existing pharmacy facility at the site.
St Vincent’s Health Australia Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr Toby Hall, said “We’re very pleased to be announcing this national partnership with HPS and the potential it offers both our organisations in the years ahead. It’s particularly exciting to see the new specialist pharmacy at St Vincent’s Private Sydney take shape, which will offer an improved service to our patients along with their families and loved ones.”
