(COVID-19) Mandatory Use of Face Masks Or Face Covering For Patients And Visitors
From 23 July, in line with Victorian government requirements regarding face mask wearing, all customers entering our pharmacies across the state must wear a face mask or covering to cover both your nose and mouth, unless you have a lawful reason for not doing so. If for medical reasons you cannot wear a face mask or covering, please wait outside and contact HPS Pharmacies for assistance. Contact details for HPS Pharmacies will be displayed at all entrances. We appreciate your cooperation with this requirement.
If you are entering one of our pharmacies in any other state which is experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak, we may ask customers to wear a mask.
In all cases, our goal is to provide further protection against COVID-19 for our customers and staff through safe hygiene practices such as hand sanitising and social distancing.
