HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Generic Health has advised of a labelling issue for milrinone ampoules as follows:

Milrinone GH Ampoules
Milrinone (as lactate) 10mg/10 mL
ARTG 204795

As shown in the image below, the Batch and Expiry information have been reversed on the ampoule label, i.e. the batch number is printed in the space where the expiry date should be, and vice versa.

This issue affects batch number F2043-03.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units for one month. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
