Drug Discontinuation

HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Fresenius Kabi Australia has discontinued Diacol^® tablets as follows:

Diacol^® Tablets
Sodium phosphate 1.5g
ARTG 149914

Diacol^® is indicated for cleansing of the bowel prior to certain diagnostic procedures, such as colonoscopy. Sodium phosphate is still available for the purpose of bowel cleansing in the form of an oral solution and an enema.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units for one month. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
