HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Mylan Australia is experiencing a supply interruption for vancomycin 1g vials as follows:

Vancomycin Alphapharm Vials
Vancomycin 1g

Normal supplies of Vancomycin Alphapharm 1g are expected to resume in early September 2020. The equivalent product, DBL™ Vancomycin 1g, may be used during this period. Vancomycin Alphapharm 500mg vials are not affected by this supply interruption.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
