HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that all brands of nizatidine 150mg capsules are experiencing a supply interruption as follows:

| Nizac® 150mg capsules | 284129 | Late February 2020 |
Nizatidine 300mg capsules are currently unaffected by this supply interruption.
Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
