HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Bausch & Lomb Australia are experiencing a supply interruption for the following Minims^® eye drop preparations:

Minims^® Amethocaine (Tetracaine) eye drops
Amethocaine hydrochloride 1.0%
ARTG 32254

Minims^® Cyclopentolate eye drops
Cyclopentolate hydrochloride 1.0%
ARTG 32267

This supply interruption is due to a shipment delay resulting from a warehouse relocation. Supplies are expected to return to normal by 31^st May 2019.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
