HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Pfizer Australia is anticipating a supply interruption for glyceryl trinitrate ampoules as follows:

DBL Glyceryl Trinitrate Injection
Glyceryl Trinitrate 50mg/10mL
ARTG 16341

This supply interruption is expected to occur from late January 2021 through to the end of March 2021. Glyceryl Trinitrate Wockhardt may be considered as an alternative during this period. This product is presented in a 50mg/50mL strength. Please consider the impact this strength change may have on infusion protocols.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
