HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Phebra is experiencing a supply interruption for folic acid vials as follows:

Phebra Folic Acid Injection
Folic acid 5mg/1mL
ARTG 22852

Normal supplies of Phebra Folic Acid 5mg/1mL vials are expected to resume by early September 2021.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
