HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Pfizer are experiencing a supply interruption for docetaxel vials as follows:

Normal supplies are expected to resume by end of December 2019. To ensure continuity of supply, Pfizer has arranged for an automatic substitution with Docetaxel Accord. This replacement product is also listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS), but is presented in a different vial size as follows:

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
