HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Phebra is experiencing a supply interruption for Carbosorb^® XS Suspension as follows:

Carbosorb^® XS Suspension
Activated charcoal 50g + Sorbitol 70.75g / 250mL

Normal supplies of Carbosorb^® XS are expected to return from January 2022. Carbosorb^® X Suspension (activated charcoal 50g/250mL) is not affected by this supply interruption and could be considered as a clinical alternative.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
