HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Mylan is experiencing a supply interruption for Carafate^® as follows:

Carafate^® Tablets
Sucralfate 1g
ARTG 14930

Limited stock is currently still available in some warehouses. Normal supplies are expected to resume in mid to late March 2020.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
