HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Alphapharm is experiencing a supply interruption for Zedace^® as follows:

Zedace^® Tablets
Captopril 25mg
ARTG 57370

 Zedace^® Tablets
Captopril 50mg
ARTG 57371

This supply interruption is due to the recent discontinuation of Capoten^® and Captopril Sandoz^®. Zedace^® is now the only brand of captopril marketed in Australia. Normal supplies of Zedace^® 50mg are expected to resume in September 2020, while Zedace^® 25mg is likely to experience supply volatility throughout this period.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
