Availability of Fresofol® 1% MCT/LCT

HPS Pharmacies wish to advise that Fresenius Kabi is experiencing a supply interruption for Fresofol^® as follows:

Fresofol^® 1% MCT/LCT

Propofol 200mg/20mL

ARTG 193608

This short-term supply interruption is expected to resolve by the end of this week or early next week. This supply interruption only relates to the 20mL presentation of Fresofol^® 1% MCT/LCT. The 50mL and 100mL presentations are currently unaffected.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
