Availability of Clexane®

HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Sanofi-Aventis is experiencing a supply interruption for Clexane^® as follows:

Enoxaparin sodium 60mg/0.6ml

Clexane^® Syringe
Enoxaparin sodium 40mg/0.4ml
ARTG 221718

Supplies of Clexane^® 40mg and Clexane^® 60mg are expected to be intermittent until 17^th August 2020.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
