HPS Pharmacies’ lecture series is integral to the professional services provided to our client’s facilities.
The HPS Pharmacies lecture series offers in-service educational programs covering new medicines, side effects, adverse reactions to medicines and other relevant issues.
The lectures assist in keeping nursing and medical staff abreast of current trends in pharmaceutical care throughout the year, typically released at the beginning of every month. Additional lectures are released in response to any developing issues.
HPS Pharmacies continues to provide select lectures in a webinar format with a link to each recording.

Your visiting HPS pharmacist can assist in tailoring a lecture program suitable for your facility, including lectures which may be required on a particular topic not covered by the current program. Attending staff are provided with handouts that include a self-assessment tool to assist the learning process and may be used to contribute toward their ‘Continuing Professional Development’ (CPD).
Each lecture can also be adapted to suit any audience or group size. HPS offers a range of presentation styles, from a brief presentation to an in-depth discussion for staff, and can adapt material for participants who may not have a medical background.
