Product Notice
HPS Pharmacies wish to notify that Merck Sharp & Dohme has advised of an upcoming change to the appearance of Sinemet® (levodopa + carbidopa) tablets and their inactive ingredients as follows:

| Sinemet® 250/25 Tablets |  Light blue, dappled, round tablet “654” on one side, plain on the other Inactive ingredients: Hydroxypropyl cellulose, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, pregelatinised starch, indigo carmine AL. |
 Light blue, dappled, oval tablet One side scored and marked “654”, other side plain Inactive ingredients: Pregelatinised starch, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, indigotine. |
Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units for one month. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
