HPS Pharmacies wish to advise that Juno and Sanofi-Aventis are discontinuing the following cabazitaxel products:

Jevtana^® Vials
Cabazitaxel 60 mg/1.5 mL
ARTG 175500 

Cabazitaxel remains available in a 60mg/6mL vial (Cabazitaxel Ever).

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units for one month. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
