HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Perrigo Australia is experiencing a supply interruption for Sodium Citrate as follows:

Sodium Citrate 8.8%, 30mL

The manufacturing issue responsible for the supply interruption has been resolved and a new batch produced. This new batch is currently awaiting the results of quality assurance testing before it can be released. Supplies are expected to return to normal by the second week of July 2021.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
