HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Pfizer is expecting a supply interruption for sodium bicarbonate vials as follows:

Normal supplies are expected to resume by the end of March 2020. To ensure continuity of supply, HPS Pharmacies has arranged an automatic substitution for Phebra Sodium Bicarbonate 8.4% Injection 100ml vials.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
