HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Ferring Pharmaceuticals is experiencing a supply interruption for Firmagon^® as follows:

Firmagon^® Vial
Degarelix (as acetate) 80mg
ARTG 200047

Firmagon^® Vial
Degarelix (as acetate) 120mg
ARTG 200046

These products are currently unavailable with further supplies expected in late March 2020. This supply interruption is due to an unexpected manufacturing issue. It is anticipated that temporary global shortages may continue while corrective actions are taken. Normal supplies are expected to resume in late June 2020.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
