HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Alphapharm is experiencing a supply interruption for dexamethasone 4mg vials as follows:
Dexamethasone 4mg/1mL

This is a long-term supply interruption. Normal supplies of Dexamethasone Mylan 4mg vials are not expected to resume for at least 6 months. DBL Dexamethasone 8mg/2mL vials may be used during this period, subject to availability.
Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
