HPS Pharmacies wish to give notice that Mylan Australia is experiencing a supply interruption for Marevan^® 5mg tablets as follows:

Marevan^® Tablets
Warfarin sodium 5mg
ARTG 12514

Normal supplies of Marevan^® 5mg tablets are expected to resume by 29^th May 2020.

Retain this notice in a prominent position, including in other related business units until supplies return to normal. Report any problems identified with medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the TGA.
