Drug Recall

HPS Pharmacies wish to advise that Meda Pharmaceuticals, in consultation with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) have issued a drug recall for:

Dymista® Nasal Spray
Azelastine 125μg / Fluticasone 50μg
ARTG 203131

This recall has been initiated as a precautionary measure due to the discovery of some water evaporation from the container closure system during routine stability testing. As a result, the affected batches listed below may not meet product shelf-life specification at the expiry date shown on the carton. A clinical investigation confirms that the issue is unlikely to impact patient safety or efficacy.
